Manoj Pandey, Kolkata: Big news has come out in the case related to the coal scam in West Bengal. A special team of ED from Delhi has reached Kolkata to interrogate TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee, nephew of CM Mamata Banerjee in the coal scam case. Abhishek is likely to visit the ED office by 10:30 am tomorrow.
What is the entire matter?
The Enforcement Directorate (ED), which is probing the alleged coal theft case in Bengal, has summoned Trinamool Congress national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee for questioning on September 2. Abhishek has been asked to appear before a team of interrogators.

The Diamond Harbor MP was questioned by the central probe agency for nearly eight hours at its headquarters in March. This time Abhishek will be interrogated in Kolkata. The Supreme Court had in May directed the ED after a petition by Abhishek that the central agency could interrogate the MP and his wife Ruzeera in Kolkata instead of Delhi.
