In the clip, Dutta showed off various areas of the office, giving a sneak peek into the “underrated perks” offered to a Googler.
Dutta shared that every Googler gets access to an onsite spa. From there, you can earn message credits and book full sessions right inside the office. The relocation support is one of the most attractive benefits Google offers. Every Google employee receives assistance that includes a five-star hotel stay for one to two months, a chauffeur for 30 days, help with vehicle transfer, house hunting, broker negotiations, and more. Alternatively, if the employee prefers to manage things independently, they can opt for a cash bonus instead.
Choice Of Device
Google employees also have the liberty to choose their device. He or she can choose either a Mac, a Windows Chromebook, a Pixel or an iPhone. They can also order accessories from an in-house device vending machine.
Googlers also get to use a gym at work with personal trainers. They have healthy food choices too. Every year, they get a full health check-up, which includes dental care. Dutta even said that their glasses are covered.
