Sonia Gandhi joins the Bharat Jodo Yatra

New Delhi: Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi today joined the party Bharat Jodo Yatra in Karnataka. Sonia Gandhi joined this padyatra being taken out under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi in Mandya, Karnataka. Bharat Jodo Yatra will go from Pandavapura to Nagamangala Taluk today. On the other hand, party general secretary Priyanka Gandhi will join this padyatra tomorrow.

Significantly, after a long time, Sonia Gandhi has joined a public program. He did not even campaign in the last few elections due to health reasons. In such a situation, now there is a lot of enthusiasm among the workers due to the joining of Sonia Gandhi.

Before joining the padyatra, on the occasion of Vijayadashami on Wednesday, Sonia Gandhi offered prayers at the temple present in HD Kote assembly constituency of Karnataka. The Congress President had reached Mysuru on Monday (October 3) to attend the party’s ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ in Karnataka.
