The Bigg Boss OTT fame came into talks after Noida registered a case in suspect over the use of snake venom for rave parties. On November 3, Noida police raided a party and caught red-handed snakes and a 20ml small tube, which is used to take snake venom. Police arrested five people and registered a case against Elvish Yadav in a probe of involvement. Police lodged the case under provisions of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972.

Noida Police officials confirmed they sent a legal notice under Section 41 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) to Elvish Yadav to take part in the ongoing investigation of the case. Later, Elvish took it to social media and posted a video dismissing the allegations.
