Shocking Triple Murder! Family Murdered Over Land Dispute, Villagers Set Homes Ablaze
A tragic incident unfolded in Uttar Pradesh's Kaushambi district as three family members, including a man, his daughter, and son-in-law, lost their lives in a brutal attack stemming from a land dispute.
The dispute was over a piece of land involving two local residents, Horilal and Subhash. The fatal incident occurred on Friday morning when Horilal, along with his daughter Brijkali and son-in-law Shivsaran, were murdered with a sharp weapon.
As per the officials, the dispute between the victim and the accused had been going on for the last few years. Allegedly, Horilal's daughter, Brijkali, and his son-in-law, Sagar, were residing in a hut that he allegedly built on a disputed land. Moreover, the son-in-law ran a shop near a disputed land.
This shocking triple murder that took place in Mohideenpur village sent shockwaves through the local community, inciting anger and unrest. Infuriated residents resorted to setting multiple houses and shops ablaze, including the residence of the alleged perpetrator.

Police swiftly arrived at the scene upon receiving reports of the incident, attempting to take possession of the victims' bodies. However, local villagers vehemently opposed it, demanding that the bodies not be removed until the accused were apprehended.
To restore order and maintain peace at the scene, a substantial police force was deployed in the area. Kaushambi Superintendent of Police Brijesh Srivastava asserted the situation is now under control. However, the four suspects have eloped. He added, “We are trying to collect information about the disputed land. A case is being lodged in the matter.”
