A home salon service company, YesMadam is trending on social media and facing criticism. The company came under criticism after it fired over 100 employees.
According to a viral social media post, YesMadam is accused of firing over 100 employees who agreed to be stressed, in the survey conducted by them.
A social media user posted on his X handle about the issue, where the HR conducted a survey regarding stress and fired those employees who reported that they were stressed.

He mentioned in his post that, “HR conducts a stress related survey – fires everyone who says they are stressed…Surely, you cannot be serious YesMadam.”
Apart from this, the user attached the screenshot of the mail of the HR that went viral on social media regarding this issue.
The email mentions, “Recently, we conducted a survey to understand your feelings about stress at work. Many of you shared your concerns, which we deeply value and respect.
As a company committed to fostering a healthy and supportive work environment, we have carefully considered the feedback. To ensure that no one remains stressed at work, we have made the difficult decision to part ways with employees who indicated significant stress.
This decision is effective immediately and impacted employees will receive further details separately.”
How People Reacted To It?
The company conducted a survey in which they asked questions about stress level. Allegations are made against, YesMadam, claiming that they fired employees who reported feeling stressed in the survey.
Many users reacted to the post shared by user. One of the social media user reacted to this by saying, “Ya she done like this earlier too to come in limelight, maybe this is a new way to get eyeballs to sell wax strips, if this works this ain’t bad.”
