Shocking And Tragic: Heartbroken Teenager Walks Into Patna Police Station With Alcohol, Demands Arrest

The minor boy reached the police station in a fit of rage and asked the officers, "Arrest me please, sir. I have brought alcohol."

An unusual and strange incident emerged in the Buddha Colony police station area in Patna, where a 17-year-old boy arrived at the police station with a bottle of alcohol. The teenager, with tears rolling down his eyes, walked up to the police and asked the officer to arrest him.

The police informed that the minor had a romantic relationship with a girl from his locality. He engaged in a heated argument with her last Tuesday, following which the boy threatened to hand himself over to the police.

The police noted that he did so to scare his girlfriend but the girl didn’t pay heed. The minor then reached the police station in a fit of rage and told the officer, “Arrest me please, sir. I have brought alcohol.”

Alcohol possession, sale, and consumption are strictly prohibited in Bihar. Investigations on how the minor obtained the alcohol are underway.

Stunned by the boy’s actions, the police inspected him and recovered a bottle of alcohol from him. A police case was registered against the minor under the Alcohol Prohibition Act. However, he was released, following a subsequent presentation in Juvenile Court.
