Are Schools open tomorrow in Anupshahr, Bulandshahr district?

Yes, the schools in Anupshahr will resume from tomorrow. The schools were declared a holiday by the Bulandshahr Education Officer from November 3- 6. The schools were closed in Anupshahr due to the hosting of the grand, traditional Lakkhi Kartik Purnima Ganga Snan Mela.

Schools in Bihar will also open from tomorrow as the first phase of the assembly election is over today. The schools in this state will again close on the 11th of November, when the second phase will be held.

Will Schools Stay Closed on November 7 in States Affected by Cyclone Montha — Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Odisha?

The region is likely to witness light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms throughout the week, and isolated heavy showers are expected between November 6 and 8. However, no districts have been put on alert for the time being. Parents and students are advised to follow the school and district administration’s alerts and updates regarding schools.

Rayalaseema in Andhra Pradesh and parts of south interior Karnataka are also forecast to receive rain and thunderstorms during November 6–7.

Telangana Weather

School holiday tomorrow, November 7: IMD has also warned of lightning and gusty winds reaching speeds of 30–40 kmph over Telangana during November 6-7. While the rainfall activity is expected to gradually ease by the end of the week, the India Meteorological Department has urged residents, especially in coastal and low-lying regions, to remain alert against sudden showers, localised flooding, and lightning strikes.

What about the Schools and Colleges in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi-NCR, and Uttar Pradesh

School holiday tomorrow, November 7: All schools in these states will continue regular classes from today after observing Guru Nanak Jayanti. All government, private, and aided schools in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad have also resumed classes and will be working on Friday.

Telangana: Are schools closed?
