India is going to celebrate its 76th Republic Day on January 26, 2025. The first phase of the parade will showcase the achievements and culture of the country.
The theme for Republic Day is ‘Swarnim Bharat Virasat and Vikas’. This shows the progress and development of the country.
It becomes important for the public who are going to visit to witness the parade to know the timing of the parade. Usually, the Delhi Metro starts at 6 am but on Republic Day that is January 26, it will start at 4 am.
This will be done to make travel easier for the commuters who will be reaching the Kartavya Path, New Delhi.
The parade will begin at 10 am. For this purpose, one needs to purchase the ticket. People can buy it from online portal or from offline medium.
You can reach there by reaching Mandi house though Metro or Central Secretariat metro station. From there the Kartavya Path is 10 minutes away.
If you are visiting by vehicle or by road then you can use Ring Road, Ashram Chowk, Sarai Kale Khan, IP Flyover, Rajghat, AIIMS Chowk, Mandir Marg to avoid congestion on road.
The Parade will be reaching Red Fort through Vijay Chowk Kartavya Path. Because of this many roads will be closed.
