Chargesheet Reveals Brutal Torture And Evidence Tampering
The chargesheet states that Darshan and his gang used a megger device to harm Renukaswamy’s testicle. Another source revealed that Renukaswamy suffered extreme and brutal torture before being killed.
After the murder, Darshan and the other suspects allegedly used their power and money to dispose of the body and destroy evidence. They also tried to frame others to avoid being charged.
The chargesheet said that they worked together to destroy physical, technical, and scientific evidence, and also tried to eliminate more evidence.
Darshan is listed as the second accused in the case, and his lawyers are preparing to file a bail request. However, police sources indicate that getting bail will be difficult because he is also facing three new cases involving luxury treatment in prison.
Police discovered traces of Renukaswamy’s blood on clothes taken from Darshan and found messages from his associates detailing the kidnapping, confinement, torture, murder, and disposal of Renukaswamy’s body.
