New Delhi: Reserve Bank of India has released the notification for the post of Grade B Officer on April 26, 2023. The total number of vacancies for the post is 291. Eligible candidates can apply for the post through the official website of RBI at www.rbi.org.in
Candidates can register for RBI Grade B posts from May 9 to June 09 till 6 PM. The exam paper of RBI Grade B General Officer Paper-I will be held from 9th to July 30.
On the other hand, RBI Grade B Officer DEPR and DSIM exam will be held from July 16 to September 02 and TBI Officer Grade B (DR)- DSIM exam will be held from July 16 to August 08, 2023.
Candidates who are willing to join Reserve Bank of India as Grade B Officer can apply for this post. However, before applying, they must check the eligibility in the notification.
Application fee
To apply for these posts, candidates of General and OBC category will have to pay a fee of Rs 850. While the fee for SC, ST and PWD category candidates is Rs 100.
The selection process for RBI Grade B Officer post consists of three phases- Phase-I, Phase-II and Interview Phase-I will be an Online Examination, and shortlisted candidates will be called for Phase-II.
The final selection of the candidates will be based on the performance in Phase-II and verification.
On the other hand, if we talk about the posts, there are 238 seats for Officer Grade General, 38 seats for Officer Grade B DEPR and 31 posts for Officer Grade B DSIM. In addition, Grade B Officer will get Rs 55200 per month while Officer Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DEPR will get Rs 44500 per month.
