A case was registered against accused Kishan at the Vallabhnagar police station in Udaipur and he was produced to Additional District Judge Court.
According to public prosecutor Dinesh Paliwal, the accused used to taunt the victim for dark complexion and because of which, he poured acid on the victim's body and set her ablaze. The woman died due to serious burns.
While giving the judgement, the judge explained that such instances are happening in recent times and in order to keep alive society's fear of courts, the accused will receive the death penalty.
