Wanted gangster Arsh Dhalla claimed responsibility for the killing of a local Congress leader, Baljinder Singh Balli (45), at his residence. The murder was perpetrated by unidentified assailants in Punjab’s Moga district on Monday. These miscreants forcibly entered the residence of the Congress leader and killed him. Although law enforcement has not officially disclosed the identity of the culprits, reports are suggesting the involvement of Khalistani activists.
