Prank Gone Wrong! Indore School Student Dies Attempting April Fool’s Prank On Friends

In Indore, Madhya Pradesh, a high school student died in a tragic accident while attempting an April Fool’s Day prank. The student pretended to hang himself during a video chat with friends, but slipped and accidentally hanged himself for real.

Following the incident, the deceased’s friends promptly notified his family, who rushed to his room where he was discovered hanging lifeless. According to reports, the student was taken down and quickly taken to a nearby hospital in Indore, where he was pronounced dead.

The incident took place at the victim’s residence on Monday, and the victim has been identified as Abhishek Raghuvanshi.

Police sources indicate that the student, with a rope around his neck and standing on a stool, was discussing his staged suicide with a friend during a video call. Unfortunately, the stool slipped, leading to his accidental death by hanging.

Raghuvanshi was the son of the driver of a sub-divisional magistrate (SDM). He further mentioned that the site of the incident has been sealed and post-mortem of the student is underway. Raghuvanshi’s death is being investigated from all angles.
