Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Mumbai on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, around 4 pm to address the Maritime Leaders Conclave and chair the Global Maritime CEO Forum at India Maritime Week 2025. The flagship event is scheduled to take place at the NESCO Exhibition Centre in Mumbai today.
“Looking forward to being in Mumbai tomorrow, 29th October, to attend programmes relating to the ongoing India Maritime Week 2025. I will speak at the Maritime Leaders Conclave and also chair the Global Maritime CEO Forum. This is a great forum to build collaborations in the maritime sector and highlight India’s reforms in the same,” PM Modi wrote on X ahead of his visit.

The Forum will be attended by CEOs of global maritime companies, key investors, policy-makers, innovators, and international partners. It will serve as a major platform for discussion on “dialogue on sustainable maritime growth, resilient supply chains, green shipping, and inclusive blue economy strategies.”

The India Maritime Week is being organized until October 31 under the theme “Uniting Oceans, One Maritime Vision”. The event will showcase India’s strategic roadmap to become a global maritime hub and a top leader in the Blue Economy. IMW 2025 will witness participation of over 85 countries, featuring more than 1,00,000 delegates, over 500 exhibitors, and 350 international speakers.
