Unity Parade and Diwali Greetings
The Prime Minister was seen at the Unity of Parade Ground in Kevadia, Gujarat, where visuals of his participation in the parade were shared widely online. In addition to his tribute, PM Modi extended his Diwali wishes on social media, saying, “Many happy wishes to the countrymen on Deepawali. On this divine festival of lights, I wish everyone a healthy, happy, and prosperous life. May everyone prosper with the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha.”

Celebrating Diwali with Army Personnel
PM Modi is expected to spend Diwali with Army jawans in Gujarat’s Kachchh district, marking his first Diwali celebration with soldiers in this region since he assumed office as Prime Minister in 2014. This tradition began when he celebrated the festival with jawans in Kachchh during his tenure as Gujarat’s Chief Minister.
