In view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the Kali Temple in CR Park, Delhi on Tuesday, the Delhi Traffic Police has implemented special traffic rules and diversions in the area. These restrictions will remain in effect until 12 midnight. People heading to the pandals in South Delhi have been advised to check road conditions before traveling.
Heavy rain, cloud cover, and dust storms have made traffic in Delhi-NCR difficult.

Vehicles restricted:
Gurudwara Road, Bipin Chandra Pal Marg, CR Park, and the inner roads of GK-2.
Diversions in effect:
Panchsheel, IIT, and under the Nehru Place flyover.
Alternative routes:
Use MG Road, Aurobindo Marg, Mathura Road, Lala Lajpat Rai Road, and Mehrauli-Badarpur Road.
Commuters requested:
Delhi Traffic Police has appealed to citizens to utilize public transport more often and travel only after being informed of restricted routes to avoid any inconvenience.
Information for local residents:
The Greater Kailash-II Welfare Association has warned that temporary road closures and diversions may occur in GK-2 and CR Park due to PM Modi’s visit. Access to some roads may also be restricted.
Residents are requested to avoid unnecessary movement, follow police instructions, and cooperate with the administration to maintain safety and smooth traffic flow in the area.
