Prime Minister Narendra Modi in an exclusive interview with Smita Prakash for ANI spoke on the Modi govt 3.0 and remained very firm and confident not just on winning the upcoming Lok Sabha elections but on his vision for the next 25 years. He said he has planned until 2047. His mission and the dream of millions of Indians is to see their country as a developed state and it should happen as India completes 100 years of independence.
Mission 2047 already started
PM Modi added that he has already started working on this ambitious mission of Viksit Bharat and the task has been ongoing for two years. For the same, he took suggestions from around 15 lakh citizens on how they want to see India in the coming 25 years.

Sketching out the plan, he contacted universities and NGOs for ideas and created a dedicated team of officers who were deployed to work on this. PM further said that it cannot happen in five years and that’s why he says that this is just a trailer.
India is diverse and inclusive
Talking on the north versus south debate in India, he stressed the core of the nation that holds diversity and combines sands and lakes, mountains and beaches, and every bit of Indianness.
Answering on have we reached the same level where we were once called India is Indira and Indira is India and now being called Modi is Bharat and Bharat is Modi, he said that the nation believes and I feel that I’m the son of Maa Bharti.
Ram mandir issue
On allegations of politicising the Ram mandir consecration, the PM responded – Who politicised it? The issue prevailed since before the birth of our party, they had all the time to make decisions. We followed the verdict of the judiciary and went with the court’s ruling. What happened to Somnath mandir? Why was Rajendra babu stopped from visiting it? They (the opposition) question me even when I go to visit different parts of India from south to north-east and they gift their cultural outfits and I wear them. I wear them for the love of inclusivity and diversity.

Message for first-timers
Responding to what the PM would like to say to the first-time voters, Modi said that the mission that he is working on and the plan of seeing a developed India by 2047 will actually be the most fruitful for them. They are the ones who will be the most benefited. So they should join me in this mission to see our country as Viksit Bharat, the way we have dreamt of it.
