The Noida Police arrested restaurant staff for allegedly sending chicken biryani instead of Veg biryani to a customer who ordered the food via Swiggy App. The incident was highlighted by the woman, who posted a video showing that she had received chicken biryani and had ordered a veg biryani. The video has gone viral on social media.

In the video clip, the woman, in tears, said she had ordered a veg biryani from Lucknowi Kabab Paratha restaurant via Swiggy. When she received the food, it was chicken biryani. She alleged that the ‘mix-up’ was intentional.
She said she is a vegetarian, and unwittingly she took a few bites of food.
The Noida police took cognisance of the viral video and arrested the restaurant staff member who packed the order.
The police said that further action will be taken after the interrogation.
