A disturbing incident has emerged where a company’s director was arrested for allegedly harassing company’s young female employee at the party on Tuesday, at Noida’s Garden Galleria Mall. A young woman working in a private company has accused the director of her own company of indecent behaviour and molestation. According to police, the victim filed the complaint at Sector 39 police station on Monday Night.

Victim Registered Complaint Over Indecent Behaviour With Her

According to the complaint, victim works in a consultancy firm in Indirapuram. The company’s director had organized a party for his employees at Noida’s Garden Galleria Mall.

Victim said that, when she joined the party, her director misbehaved with her. The girl mentioned that the director touched her inappropriately, due to which she started feeling uncomfortable. After this the victim warned the director to not do this.

When the girl protested, the director threatened her that if she took the matter further, she would be fired from her job and will face serious consequences. Victim registered the case against the director.

Police Registered Case Against The Accused

Looking at the seriousness of matter, the police took immediate action and arrested the accused. Station officer Jitendra Kumar Singh confirmed the arrest of accused and stated that the accused is being presented in court. He also mentioned that, investigation is underway. According to police, this incident has once again raised concern of safety of women.
