This expressway has been designed for a maximum speed of 120 kmph. At present, the Karnataka part has been made operational, but due to delay in construction of the entire corridor, it will be fully operational by July 2026. Monthly pass rates for cars have been fixed at Rs 6,105 (50 trips one way) and Rs 6,260 (round trip) respectively.
