Delhi-Jaipur Vande Bharat Express:

Indian Railway: Indian Railway may give good news to people travelling from Delhi to Jaipur soon. Indian Railway is all set to operate Vande Bharat Express train between two cities. 

The operation of the semi-speed indigenous train will reduce the travel time between Delhi and Jaipur. It is believed that the distance will be covered in two hours by Vande Bharat train.

In a circular issued by North Western Railway, it is notified that by the third week of March, the Vande Bharat train between Jaipur to NDLS (New Delhi) can be announced.

According to a report published in the Times of India, the North Western Railway has asked the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) to make the catering arrangements.

The date of inauguration and timing of operation will be announced soon, the circular said. 

If Vande Bharat Express would be started between Jaipur and New Delhi, then it will be the 11th operational Vande Bharat train in the country. 

As of now, Vande Bharat trains run between New Delhi-Varanasi, New Delhi-Katra, Gandhinagar-Mumbai, New Delhi-Andaura, Nagpur-Bilaspur, Chennai- Mysore, Secunderabad-Vishakhapatnam, Mumbai-Shirdi, Mumbai-Solapur and Howrah-New Jalpaiguri.
