The police headquarters has issued a high alert in view of the worsening situation in Nepal. ADG Law and Order, Pankaj Darad, stated that all border districts, including Bagaha, are on high alert and authorities have been instructed to remain vigilant along the border 24/7. He also spoke with the SSB IG, asking them to keep security arrangements tight and maintain close monitoring via CCTV. A ban has been imposed on the movement of tourists traveling from India to Nepal and from Nepal to India, though people living near the border can cross by showing their identity cards.
ADG Law and Order Pankaj Darad has talked to the SSB IG on the deteriorating situation in Nepal and has given instructions to keep all kinds of arrangements tight in view of security and keep a close watch through CCTV. The movement of tourists going from India to Nepal and tourists coming from Nepal to India has been banned for the time being. However, people living near the border can come and go to India and Nepal by showing their identity cards.

Apart from Bihar, states like Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, which share borders with Nepal, are also facing protest-like situations. Sikkim, West Bengal borders are also on high alert! Many videos has been surfacing on social media, which show protesters gathering at the borders and raising slogans. In one of videos from Bihar, We can see Security personnel blocking the protestors and redirecting them to Nepal. A heated exchange was also witnessed between the police and the protesters.
