New Delhi: After the peeing incident that took place in Madhya Pradesh’s Sidhi district, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan Thursday washed feet of the victim tribal and expressed grief.

“…I was pained to see that video. I apologise to you. People are like a God to me….” said the MP CM.

CM Chouhan was seen holding hands of victim Dashmat Rawat at his official residence in Bhopal and took him to sit on a chair. After which, the CM washed Rawat’s feet and fecilitated him.

The MP CM said, “For me, the poor is God and people are like God to me. Serving the people is equal to worshipping God. We believe that God resides in every human being. I was pained by the inhuman incident that happened with Dashmat Rawat…Respect and security is important for the poor…”

Later the CM also visited Smart City Park in Bhopal along with victim Dashmat Rawat and plants saplings.

Earlier a video went viral on social media where an accused named Pravesh Shukla was seen urinating on Rawat. Shukla was arrested on July 5 and his illegal construction was demolished by the local administration yesterday.
