Prime Minister Narendra Modi held bilateral talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday at the Hyderabad House in the national capital. The two nations exchanged documents in several sectors.
The two nations reached agreement in several sectors like Healthcare, medical education, food security, migration, ship building, chemicals and fertilizer.

During the joint press conference, Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a key announcement for Russian citizens. He declared a free e-tourist visa for the Russian nationals which will be valid for 30 days.

2-Temporary labour activities
3-Agreement on Healthcare, Medical Education
4-Agreement on Food Safety and Standards
5-Agreements on Polar Ships
6-Agreements on Maritime Cooperation
7-Agreement on Fertilizers
Both nations jointly produce urea
It has been decided between the two nations over agreement on urea that both the nations will jointly produce urea. India imports urea in a large quantity from Russia, and after the agreement, the two countries will produce it jointly.

Agreement on Cooperation and Migration between India and Russia has brought good news for Indian workers who wish to work in Russia. This would provide a procedure for Indian workers who can go to Russia and earn a better salary.
