Mayor ‘performed’ at blood donation camp
The BJP organised a blood donation camp in various cities and towns on account of PM Narendra Modi’s birthday on September 17. Vinod Agarwal arrived at one of such camps organised in Moradabad by the BJP workers. After his BP was checked and found to be normal, the process for blood donation was initiated for which the mayor laid down on the bed holding the sponge ball in his hand. Pictures were taken of him donating the blood he actually never donated. Some volunteers of the BJP also videographed it to showcase it on their social media platforms but as the doctor bent towards him with an injection, the scene changed.
Leaked video said it all
The mayor of Moradabad stopped him and said that he had come just to see. He portrayed to be a blood donor, to garner all praises in the name of charity and help but after the pose was photographed, his stance changed and he stood up from the bed.

Giving clarification after the video went viral, he stated that doctors restrained him from blood donation due to his chronic disease of heart and liver. To donate blood as a person above fifty, doctors give due consideration but posing as a donor without doing it brought this mayor an avalanche of criticism.
