BJP MP Kangana Ranaut on Sunday launched attack against Shiv Sena (UBT) and accused them of disrespecting women. Her statement came after Mahayuti secured landslide victory in Maharashtra Assembly Elections. Kangana stated that she had anticipated Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray’s defeat in the assembly elections. She said that we can identify who is ‘devta (God)’ or ‘daitya (monster)’ based on how they treat women.
What Did Kangana Say?
She asserted that ‘daitya’ always lose and face defeat. Speaking to reporters, BJP MP said, “I had anticipated his (Uddhav Thackeray’s) loss. Those who disrespect women are monsters and they met their fate, they lost. They demolished my house and even used foul words against me, so it was evident that they had lost their sense of right and wrong.”
Kangana added it was evident that they had lost sight of right and wrong.

She called BJP-led Mahayuti’s victory in Maharashtra Assembly Elections as historic and stated that all the party workers are excited. Kangana asserted that the party has exceptional ideology and people to lead. She expressed her gratitude to the people of Maharashtra for their mandate.
The results of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly elections were declared on Saturday, November 23. Mahayuti secured 230 seats out of the total 288 constituencies.
The BJP has won 132 seats while its allies- the Shiv Sena, led by Eknath Shinde won 57 seats, and the NCP, led by Ajit Pawar, won 41 seats.
While Mahayuti registered massive victory, the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) in contrast suffered a jolt with Shiv Sena (UBT) led by Uddhav Thackeray winning 20 seats, Congress securing 16, and NCP(SP) led by Sharad Pawar securing just 10 seats.
