New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reply to the no-confidence motion brought against the government by the Opposition parties over the violence in Manipur. The last two days in both houses of the parliament have witnessed fierce debate with the Opposition parties accusing the government of creating a ethnic divide in Manipur. He was speaking after his membership was restored following Supreme Court stayed on his conviction in the Modi surname case. Replying to Opposition MP's remark, Home Minister Amit Shah enumerated the works done by the Modi government. Pm Modi will be speaking in Parliament for the first time in the ongoing Monsoon session. Earlier, the opposition had demanded his remark on the Manipur issue before starting a discussion on it. But, the government reiterated that Home Minister would reply instead of PM Modi.
