Chandan is survived by his wife, Lal Munni Kumari, and their two children, both under the age of seven. According to the police, the incident began when Chandan’s children were making noise, which led to a heated argument between him and his wife. Initially, Munni Kumari supported the children but later resorted to disciplining them.
To calm the situation and intimidate his family, Chandan tied a saree around his neck and fastened the other end to the ceiling fan hook. Unfortunately, the saree tightened accidentally, resulting in Chandan’s death. When the bedroom door remained closed for an unusually long time, Munni Kumari, with the help of locals, broke it open and discovered her husband’s lifeless body.
