New Delhi: The National Medicinal Plants Board (NMPB), which is under the Ministry of AYUSH of the Government of India, is seeking applicants for the position of Chief Executive Officer (Technical) in the range of Rs. 1,44,200 to 2,18,200 in Level-14 of the 7th CPC. The chosen applicant will work for the National Medicinal Plants Board (NMPB), located in New Delhi’s Red Cross Building.

As of the deadline for receiving applications, the candidate’s age cannot be greater than 58. Within 42 days of the date the employment newspaper published the advertisement for this position, the application may be submitted in duplicate using the prescribed proforma to Shri Abdul Sadiq Khan, Under Secretary, Establishment Division, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, Ayush Bhawan, B-Block, GPO Complex, INA, New Delhi-110023. The deadline for applications is September 28, 2022.

Scale of Pay/ Grade Pay for Ministry of Ayush Recruitment 2022: Level 14 of the pay matrix (Rs.1,44,200-2,18,200).

Age Limit for Ministry of Ayush Recruitment 2022: The age of the candidate shall not exceed 58 years as of the closing date for receipt of the application.

Reputation (including temporary employment):

Officers working for the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings, Licensed Universities, and Licensed Research Institutions:

(1) holding an equivalent position regularly in the parent cadre or department

(2) with two or three years of regularly performed service in Level-13A/Level-13 pay matrix positions, or equivalent in the parent cadre or department, following appointment thereto;

(3) having the following educational background and professional experience

Essential:
(1) A MD or MS from a reputable university or institute in one of the Indian medical systems, and
(2) 10 years of professional experience in any area related to an Indian medical system.

Desirable:
(1) A Ph.D. in one of the Indian medical systems from an accredited university or institute.
(2) At least one year of experience in quality assurance, trade and marketing export in ayurvedic manufacturing, and cultivation and multiplication of medicinal plants.

Within 42 days of the date the employment newspaper published the advertisement for this position, the application complete in all respects in duplicate should be sent in the prescribed proforma to Shri Abdul Sadiq Khan, Under Secretary, Establishment Division, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, Ayush Bhawan, B-Block, GPO Complex, INA, New Delhi-110023.

The deadline for applications is September 28, 2022.
