New Delhi: Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni made a controversial statement regarding the marriage of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. While addressing a program in Lakhimpur Kheri, Ajay Mishra Teni commented on Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and said that there was no political talk in the workers’ conferences of Congress, they talked about Rahul Gandhi’s marriage. 

He said, “Rahul is 53 years old, and does a 53-year-old man get married anywhere? “.

Speaking from the stage during an inauguration program in Lakhimpur Kheri, the Union Minister said that political talks do not take place in the big workers convention of Congress. There is talk about Rahul Gandhi’s marriage. Rahul Gandhi is 53 years old and does a 53-year-old man get married anywhere? Some old men are very fond of it, what will the people of the locality say?” 

The Union Minister of State for Home did not stop here, he attacked Lalu Yadav and said that Lalu is out of jail on the pretext of illness and he is making comments against Modi Ji.

Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee General Secretary Saif Ali Naqvi reverted to the Minister’s statement. He said that the Gandhi family is the biggest identity of this country. Rahul Gandhi is the pivot of morality and the biggest public leader in the nation. 

Being the Home Minister and MP, such talks about the son of a martyr do not suit you. You should recognize the dignity of your position and do not say such trivial things, the congress leader said.
