Meghalaya Honeymoon Murder Case: Vlogger Shares Second Video Showing 3 Accused Trekking Ahead Of Sonam-Raja Raghuvanshi

In a new video, vlogger Devender Singh shows three men from Indore trekking 20 minutes ahead of Sonam and Raja Raghuvanshi in Meghalaya, just hours before Raja’s murder. The clip offers key insight into the honeymoon murder case.

A day after a video showing Sonam and Raja Raghuvanshi trekking in Meghalaya emerged online, another clip has been posted on Instagram by the same vlogger, who happened to capture the Indore couple just moments before Raja's murder. The new video purportedly features the three accused involved in the Meghalaya honeymoon murder case.

The user m_devsingh, who posted the video on his Instagram handle, also claimed in the caption that the three accused had started their trek 20 minutes before Sonam and Raja.

On May 23, Devendera Singh was exploring the famous Double Decker Root Bridge trek near Cherrapunji (Sohra), recording his journey, showing the scenic path. While reviewing his footage days later, he discovered a young couple, Raja and Sonam Raghuvanshi from Indore, walking uphill, with Sonam wearing a white shirt later found near Raja’s body

Devendra Singh, when he shared the video on Instagram earlier, said, “I went on the Meghalaya Double Decker Route Bridge trip on May 23, 2025, and recorded the video. Yesterday, while watching the video, I found the recording of that couple from Indore. It was around 9:45 in the morning when we were going down, and Raja and Sonam were going up after spending the night in Nogrit village.”

He also wrote, “I believe this was the last recording of both of them. Sonam was wearing the same white shirt that was found with Raja. Whenever I saw the Raja in the video, I felt very bad for him. He looked normal, but he didn’t know what was waiting for him. I have another video in which 3 other people from Indore can also be seen who had started their journey 20 minutes before these two, and the police had caught them.”

As mentioned about the another video, which has now been posted on his Instagram, clearly shows the three accused - Vishal Chauhan, Akash Rajput, and Anand Kurmi trekking on the same path as Raja and Sonam.

Singh said that there was a difference of 20 minutes between Raja-Sonam and the trio being captured on camera. They were captured on camera at 9:25 AM on May 23, whereas Raja-Sonam were captured in the video at 9:45 AM.
