Meghalaya Honeymoon Murder Case Update: A big action is seen in the Meghalaya Honeymoon murder case, as the Meghalaya Police brought Sonam Raghuvanshi and other accused to the Phulwari Sharif police station in Patna. All the accused have been kept in the police station under tight security. According to police sources, all the accused will be taken to Guwahati by special plane during the day, where further legal process will be carried out in the cases registered against them. Notably, the Shillong Police has obtained a seven-day transit remand for three accused in the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case.
Reportedly, a 4-member team of Meghalaya Police reached Patna from Ghazipur via Buxar with Sonam. The next stop is Guwahati, from where Sonam will be taken to Shillong.
The police team is preparing to take Sonam to Guwahati by IndiGo flight. From there, she will be produced to a local court in Shillong, where further legal process will be carried out against her on serious charges related to murder.
According to sources present in Phulwari Sharif police station, a driver who brought Sonam Raghuvanshi confirmed that he has brought her.
Raj Kushwaha’s Video Goes Viral
Meanwhile, amid the developments in Meghalaya Honeymoon murder case, a video is going viral on social media. The purported video shows one of the accused, Raj Kushwaha at the funeral of Raja Raghuvanshi. In the video, he is seen holding Sonam’s father which has sparked fresh suspicion on whether her family knew about their alleged affair. His presence at Raja’s funeral has raised suspicion on his alleged affair with Sonam and involvement in the murder case. Police is yet to find the mastermind and ascertain the exact reason of the killing.
