MEA Key Briefing LIVE Updates: India, Pakistan Agree To Cease All Military Action Across Land, Air, & Sea, Says Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri

MEA, Ministry Of Defence Key Briefing LIVE: The tensions between India and Pakistan were escalated following the barbaric Pahalgam terror attack. After the attack, India carried out Operation Sindoor, destroying terror camps within Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). Pakistan provoked India through drone attacks, and India neutralised these attempts.

Tensions between India and Pakistan continue to escalate as Pakistan started unprovoked firing and attacked Military stations in India. Military stations at Jammu, Pathankot and Udhampur were targeted by Pakistani drone and missiles along the International border in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday. All these threats were swiftly neutralised using kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Ministry of Defence stated that there were no casualties and material losses and reiterated that India remains fully prepared to defend its sovereignty and ensure the safety of its people. Meanwhile, Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Defence’s key briefing to begin shortly.
