Noida-NCR job News: Good news for IT professionals and freshers. Wipro plans to hire 10,000 to 12,000 employees in the fiscal year 2025, benefiting many young individuals. This information was shared by Wipro’s Chief HR Officer, Saurabh Govil, during the company’s Q1 conference held on July 19. He mentioned that Wipro has returned to the job market after about a year.

Over 3,000 employees hired this month

Wipro plans to hire 12,000 new employees in the fiscal year 2025. Notably, after reducing its workforce for six consecutive quarters, the company has hired over 3,000 employees this month. According to reports, Wipro aims to hire 10,000 to 12,000 employees in the following fiscal year, 2026.

Hiring from Colleges

Wipro’s Chief HR Officer also informed aspiring job seekers that all job offers for the fiscal year 2025 will be honored. Additionally, he mentioned that Wipro has strengthened its relationships with certain institutions and will be recruiting directly from college campuses.
