Former Bihar Deputy chief minister and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Friday said that there is an attempt to trample the Constitution.
While speaking at News24’s Manthan 2025, Tejashwi said , “Since 2014, so much hatred has been sown in society, so much conflict has been created, and poison has been planted in people’s minds. Today, what is needed, the ideology we stand by, is that we are people who respect the Constitution and uphold democracy.”
The RJD leader said, “We have entered politics to keep ideological politics alive, and we are working for it.” He further said, “One engine is involved in corruption, the other in crime, and this is the ‘double engine’ of the government.”
The aim of Manthan 2025 is to bring forth the views of leaders on their plans and vision for the people of Bihar, and to highlight what priorities they would set after winning the polls.
Though the Election Commission has yet to announce the poll dates, all political parties have already pulled up their socks and are trying to convince the people with their future prospects for the growth and development of the state.
