Chief Minister of Punjab tweeted the information regarding the inauguration of Aam Aadmi clinics. He wrote, “Today 75 Aam Aadmi Clinics were dedicated to the people of Punjab. We are committed to provide free and good treatment to every single person of Punjab. Punjab will become healthy now.”

Staff will work for 12 hours
75 Aam Aadmi Clinics are also ready in Punjab, out of which 9 are in Ludhiana. It is being told that doctors will work for 12 hours in these Mohalla clinics. A sample room and pharmacy have also been made in these.
With this, people will not have to go out anywhere to get tested or take medicines. These Aam Aadmi clinics are equipped with AC. Along with this, online record of all the work will be kept.
Free of cost health service
In order to provide free of cost health services to the people in different districts of the state, the timings of Aam Aadmi Clinic will be from 8 am to 2 pm every day. The Health Department is fixing these clinics according to the requirement of the area, under which six clinics are being opened in Ludhiana city and nine in the village.
1000 tests, 41 packages will be offered
Similarly, the locations of clinics have been fixed in the rest of the districts. Each Aam Aadmi clinic will have a doctor’s room, reception-cum-waiting area. The clinic will have staff like MBBS doctors, pharmacists, nurses and ‘safai-sevaks’. In these Aam Aadmi clinics, about 100 clinical tests and 41 packages will be given free of cost to the people.
