The alleged excise policy scam, in which the former cabinet minister has been arrested, pertains to alleged irregularities in the framing and implementation of the excise policy of GNCTD.

Meanwhile, the Court has allowed Manish Sisodia to sign cheques for his family’s expenses and his wife’s medical expenses of Rs 40,000 and Rs 45,000 respectively.
