Man Hits Vande Bharat Waiter Over Non-Veg Food Mix-Up, Passengers Outraged

The elderly man, who had ordered vegetarian food, didn’t notice the non-veg label and ate it.

Vande bharat incident: In an unfortunate event, a passenger on the Vande Bharat Express from Howrah to Ranchi slapped a waiter after being served non-vegetarian food by mistake. Kunal Verma, another passenger in the train, recorded the incident and shared the video on social media, narrating the event.

The elderly passenger didn’t see the non-vegetarian label on the food and ate it. When he realized the mistake, especially during the month of Sawan, he got very angry and slapped the waiter twice.

The other passengers were upset by his actions. They criticized the elderly man and demanded that he should apologize to the waiter, who was in tears. They said things like, “Maafi maango (apologize)” and “How could you hit a poor man?”

In another video shared by Kunal, the elderly man is shown arguing with a fellow passenger. Someone tells him, “You should be ashamed of yourself,” calling him “oversmart.”
