Mahua constituency voted in the first phase of the Bihar Assembly elections on November 6, 2025. The counting of votes was held today. The Mahua Assembly seat is one of the 243 seats in Bihar. Its constituency number is 126. It is part of the Hajipur Lok Sabha constituency in Vaishali district. This seat is a general seat, which means it is not reserved for SC or ST candidates. The main political parties active here are RJD, JDU, BJP, and Congress.

Mahua Election Result of 2020

In the 2020 Bihar Assembly elections, Mukesh Kumar Raushan from RJD won the Mahua seat. He won by 13,770 votes. He got 62,747 votes, which was 36.48% of the total votes. Ashma Parveen from JDU came second with 48,977 votes (28.47%). Sanjay Kumar Singh from LJP finished third with 25,198 votes.
