Maharashtra Politics: Maharashtra Congress chief Nana Patole Tuesday informed that the grand-old party along with Shiv Sena (UBT) and Sharad Pawar’s group of NCP is planning to have a state visit soon.
“Along with Sharad Pawar and Uddhav Thackeray, we are planning a tour of Maharashtra. Sharad Pawar will talk to Uddhav Thackeray about this,” siad Patole.

Mahrashtra Politics: Oppositio and MVA show of strength
The development came amid the major political crisis in Maharashtra where Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Ajit Pawar along with 8 MLAs joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government.
The Congress’ annoncement appears to be a show of strength of the Opposition as well as the Maha Vikas Agadhi (MVA) in Maharashtra. However, rest of the parties have not made the confirmation yet regarding the state tour.

Meanwhile, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut informed that the party held a meeting on Tuesday where they talked about Uddhav Thackeray’s Maharashtra visit.
“We had a meeting in the leadership of Uddhav Thackeray…we had a discussion on the kind of politics BJP is doing and how we can go forward amid this crisis…talks were also held on Lok Sabha elections, UCC, Uddhav Thackeray’s Maharashtra tour…” said Raut.
