Talking to media person, the president of Republican Party of India (Athawale) said, “No one can dissolve any party. Accusing BJP for doing so is wrong. Whatever happened with the NCP party was due to their own differences, so accusing BJP is wrong.”

The union minister further mentioned the accusations levelled by NCP founder Sharad Pawar at the BJP regarding the split in his party. Pawar accused that the BJP tried to break the NCP.

Responding to his claims, Athawale said that no one could dismiss the party. He said if Pawar thinks that the party is breaking then ‘he can join the BJP’ to ultimately stop the split.

The NCP camp recently recieved a major blow after Ajit Pawar led a group of MLAs to join hands with the Shinde-Fadnavis government in the state to take oath as the ministers.

Ajit Pawar sworn-in as the Deputy Chief Minister and not much days later, he staked claims in the party’s name.
