Zeeshan further discussed his political journey and the challenges he faced after joining the NCP. He said in a media statement, "Many people made political statements and raised political issues after my father passed away. I think some made the wrong use of it. I don't want to say anything about Congress as they always come under the pressure of Shiv Sena (UBT)."
He further asserted, "I have spent many years in Congress they did not always value me. NCP has shown faith in me and I thank them for it. I'll always stand by them."
