Maharashtra had polling on all 288 constituencies on single day. A per the current update from ECI Mahayuti Crosses the majority mark and is set to return in power in Maharashtra. As per counting till Mahayuti is heading towards a massive victory. The voting is yet to be concluded, but as per the current scenario the Mahayuti is going to form the government in Maharashtra.
Currently, Mahayuti is leading with 224 seats which includes- BJP with130, Eknath Shinde-Shiv Sena with 54 and NCP-Ajit Pawar with 40. On the other end Maha Vikas Aghadi is trailing with 51 seats which includes- Shiv Sena (UBT) with 21, Congress with 18 seats and NCP-Sharad Pawar with 12.
BJP-led NDA alliance which includes, Eknath Shinde-Shiv Sena, BJP and NCP-Ajit Pawar. On the other end Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance have- Congress, Shiv Sena (UBT) and NCP-Sharad Pawar.
Maharashtra had polling on November 20, 2024 and the counder for which is underway.
In Maharashtra major the contest was between BJP-led Mahayuti and Congress-led Maha Vikas Aghadi. Seeing the current scenario the BJP-led Mahayuti is leading in the race of forming the government in Maharashtra.
During Lok Sabha BJP won 9 seats, Eknath Shinde-Shiv Sena got 7 seats and NCP-Ajit Pawar got one seat. On the other end Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) won 30 which includes, 13 seats of Congress, 9 of Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena and 8 of NCP- Sharad Pawar.
