Vehicle overturned after losing control
According to reports, the accident occurred when a pickup truck carrying devotees lost control and overturned at Chandsaili Ghat. The passengers were returning home after completing the sacred Astamba Yatra. It is reported that the driver lost control while passing through the ghat, leading to the tragic accident.
According to eyewitnesses, when the pickup overturned, people sitting in the rear of the vehicle were crushed under it. Many suffered serious injuries and died on the spot. Rescue operations are underway with the assistance of police and local residents.
