Mahakumbh 2025: In light of the upcoming Mahakumbh 2025, the Uttar Pradesh government led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, has introduced specially designed tracksuits for key service providers, including drivers, boatmen, guides, and cart operators, at the Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj.
Enhancing Visitor Experience
The uniform would ensure that tourists can easily identify service providers and reach out in case they need any help, thus enhancing their experience at Mahakumbh. All four groups will wear different uniforms to make them look more approachable.
Additionally, the Kumbh and Tourism Department logos will be prominently displayed on the tracksuits, helping one confirm the service provider’s identity as well as maintain transparency in information.
Organizing The Large Scale Event
With one million people attending the Mahakumbh every year, organizing the event becomes very challenging. Administration opines that the introduction of these tracksuits will reduce confusion and eventually enhance visitor experience.
