Maharashtra Politics: Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Thursday met Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) President Sharad Pawar at his official residence in mumbai.
As per reports, Sharad Pawar called on CM Eknath Shinde to invite him at 75th anniversary ceremony of Maratha Mandir. The ceremony will take place June 24.
A video of the meeting of both has been shared by the CM’s office. Just after the video surfaced, discussions with many speculations in the state political circles erupted. The meeting was held while Uddhav Thackeray is abroad.

According to the information, this is the first time CM Eknath Shinde met NCP Chief Sharad Pawar after taking oath as Maharashtra Chief Minister. The political pundits have started speculating this meeting as the biggest development in the politics of the state.
As per media reports, this meeting is also considered very important because Uddhav Thackeray, leader of the second faction of Shiv Sena, has gone abroad for a holiday.
