The process to bring them back to India started over the weekend after a Delhi court refused to grant them anticipatory bail.

After the fire on December 5 at their nightclub in Arpora, north Goa, the brothers left India and flew to Phuket, Thailand, just 90 minutes after the incident.

Goa Police will now take custody of the brothers from Delhi.

Thai police detained the brothers at their hotel in Phuket last week following a request from Indian authorities. The Indian government had also issued a Blue Notice through Interpol to track them.

Earlier, the Indian Embassy issued emergency travel certificates to the brothers after their passports were seized and later cancelled by the Ministry of External Affairs.
