India which is having many expressways and highways, is getting improvement in connectivity with its new infrastructural projects. One such project is the most awaited Lucknow-Kanpur Expressway. The distance will be covered in 40 minutes instead of 3-4 hours. It will will connect Lucknow with Kanpur. The length of this route is 63-Km.
Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari visited Uttar Pradesh for inspection of Lucknow-Kanpur Expressway and Inauguration of Flyover projects worth Rs 588 crore.
During his visit to Uttar Pradesh, Nitin Gadkari along with BJP MP Ramesh Awasthi and BJP leader Devendra Singh Bhole inspected the Lucknow-Kanpur Greenfield Elevated Expressway, being built at a cost of Rs 8000 crore.

Apart from this Nitin Gadkari inaugurated the multiple projects in Lucknow. On February 14th, two 4 lane flyovers in Lucknow got inaugurated by the Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari and Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath. The projects which got inaugurated is worth Rs 588 crores.
