Love And Betrayal Unfold In Jharkhand: Husband Files Complaint Against Wife And Lover

Delivery boy loaned Rs 2.5 lakh to enrol his wife in a nursing course, only to be betrayed as she eloped with her lover.

A case reminiscent of the well-known Jyoti Maurya incident in Uttar Pradesh has surfaced in Godda, Jharkhand. Tinku Yadav, a delivery boy, loaned Rs 2.5 lakh to enrol his wife in a nursing course, only to be betrayed as she eloped with her lover. This act of spousal selfishness and infidelity has sparked widespread discussion. In response, Tinku Yadav has lodged a formal complaint against his wife and her lover at the local police station.

The victim, Tinku Yadav, a resident of Kathoun village in the Godda Nagar police station area, revealed that he was married to Priya Kumari, who hailed from the Badhauna locality of the city. Despite their modest financial circumstances, Priya expressed a strong desire to pursue further education and was a dedicated student. With hope for a better future, Tinku supported her decision and secured her admission to the Shakuntala Nursing School, financing her studies with a loan of approximately Rs 2.5 lakh. However, after a year and a half of marriage, Priya fell in love with a neighbour named Dilkhush Raut during her studies. As soon as she completed her course, she left Tinku to be with her lover. Tinku was unaware of the situation until it was too late.

Tinku Kumar recounted how he had taken out a loan and enrolled his wife in Nursing College to pursue an ANM degree. He diligently worked day and night to cover her tuition fees. However, an unexpected turn of events shattered his world. On September 17, following a college break, Priya Kumari ran away with her lover to Delhi, where they had a court marriage and shared pictures of the event on social media. Tinku learned of this on September 24, and the news deeply affected him, leaving him emotionally distraught.

Devastated by his wife’s infidelity, Tinku approached the city police station to seek justice, filing a formal complaint against his wife and her lover. Consequently, tension has arisen between the two families.

A Shift Towards BJP's Aggressive Hindutva Amid Opposition's Leadership Crisis

The Maharashtra election may further push the Congress down as it has lost the election at a time when it needed a win most desperately. Though the Congress succeeded in pushing the BJP to a corner and stopping it at less than a majority on its own, it failed to make any headway further.
